love breakfast
Interesting Idea...
If we want pictures, I think we should ask a photography student. I know of a couple too. we could shoot pictures ourselves too. I wish I had a fancy fancy camera.. sometimes.
We should also post inspirational website for restaurants that we like.
Focus mostly on the layout, web navigation, and menu, and how it is all posted.
Are we sharing our blog with the teacher? We could edit our stuff - obviously this is a process blog.. and link it to our website we make and it could be oh so cool.
"wow, how did they do that?"
"when did they think of that?"
"wow these girls are smart!"
"how did they do that?"
> answers on our blog :)
Stock photos?
So. I was thinking about images that we're going to need for the menu & site. We can both take nice photos - at the actual restaurant of the actual food - yes, but...should we just buy credits at a stock photo site and use perfectly lit, extra pretty food instead?
OR. Do we want to schmooze a photography student (I know a couple -- wouldn't take that much schmoozing) into taking food shots for us in a studio; we'd make the food, and do the plating. Sorry, Cozy Corner, your food is OK, but it doesn't look that spectacular.
OR. We could make the food. Plate it ourselves. Construct appealing set-ups (I'm just not sure where...because my building manager spent 5 cents on making my apartment's kitchen "attractive"). Then be the photographers...and then have a brunch party, with the food that has been sitting out and was significantly handled for a few hours. Nix the last part.
Think on it, foos. I mean, foo. Because, oh yea, this is only being read by Anna. Hello, Annaaaaaaa.
